2 caps in the morning and 2 at night. That’s all that’s required from these insanely effective red maeng da capsules. I tried powders before, effective as they are, I simply couldn’t get past the taste. Capsules are where it’s at for me by a mile.

So for the past 2 1/2 years, menopause has been miserable. Mostly the lack of sleep due to night sweats and hot flashes. I’ve been taking KRATOM for 14 days and I’m sleeping and have no more night sweats or hot flashes. I’m serious when I say this might have saved my life.
