Kratom Lords is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery – With original unopened packaging.
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an agreement to sell. Kratom Lords reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Prices and availability of Products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered and Kratom Lords reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). Certain orders constitute improper use of the Site. Kratom Lords reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your Kratom Lords account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at Kratom Lords’s sole discretion.
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship from our warehouse the same day. Any order placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship out the following business day. The cutoff time for Saturday is 12:00pm EST. If an order is placed on a Saturday, after the cutoff time, your order will ship the following Monday.
During a sale the cutoff time for same day shipping is 2:00 PM EST. Due to high volume of orders we may not be able to guarantee your order will ship out that same day.
Once packages leave our warehouse they will follow USPS rules regarding delivery schedule.
*Exceptions for Same Day Shipping are US Federal holidays where USPS is closed. Packages will ship the following business day.
All shipping confirmation emails are sent out from the email address [email protected]. Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes these emails will be filtered by your email server.

Note: If you haven’t received any confirmations, you may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order thus preventing the emails from reaching you. Let our customer support staff know and we can get your tracking for you.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
To cancel an order, please contact Kratom Lords as soon as possible using any of the methods provided at 24/7 help, before your order ships out.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours.
If the payment for your order has been made through debit or credit card, please note that refunds will take approximately 7-10 days to revert back to you. Alternatively, we have other refund options.
If your order has shipped out, please refer to the return policy below to return or exchange an order.
Return Policy (After Shipping)
- We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Kratom Lords only refunds for products and does not refund Shipping costs or the Insurance cost of your order.
- A signature may be required to receive orders over $300.
- Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Notice: You should expect to receive your refund within a week (processing times depend on how quickly your financial institutions process a refund) after we receive the product back to us.
Please Do Not Ship Your Return Before First Contacting Us
- Email [email protected] with your order number to receive your return authorization. If we shipped you the wrong product, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. Please send returns to the return address provided below.
- To exchange your purchase, simply contact Kratom Lords to receive your return authorization and instructions. Your new order will ship within one business day. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, or has been deemed as undeliverable for any reason by the shipping provider, we will notify you by email or text message.
Once the package has been delivered back to us we will process a new shipment to the proper address or process a refund. Please see our refund policy for further information on refunds.
Be sure to provide and double check the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address. If you accidentally order using the wrong address and your order has yet to ship, please contact us immediately so we can cancel or update the shipping information. If the order has already shipped, please submit a package intercept request to the relevant shipping provider for your order immediately.

Risk of Loss and Shipping and Delivery
All items purchased from Kratom Lords are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a shipping carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. Products will be shipped to the address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with any shipping restrictions contained on the Site. The time and location of delivery of the Products to you is at the discretion of the carrier.
Lost & Stolen Packages
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship all products. Kratom Lords is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the USPS driver confirms delivery of the package. We recommend watching the provided tracking information on the day of delivery to receive the package in-person at the time of delivery. You will receive an email or text notification when the package has been delivered.
If your tracking is showing that your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we ask that you use the following steps:
- Please check with your neighbors to confirm if it was delivered to them by accident. Mail carriers do make mistakes. Also please check around your home to see if it was possibly left at an alternative location.
- Please check with family members / others living at your address who may have received the package for you and have forgotten to tell you.
- Please check with your local post office as they physically deliver the package to you. They have to scan the package upon delivery and are your best source of information. They do take pride in their work and can GPS verify where the package was delivered, precisely. If left somewhere else they will attempt to retrieve it for you.
- Check with your local post office as there may have been an issue with the delivery and the package may be available for pickup.
- We ask that you wait 24 hours after the order has been marked delivered to see if it does show up. It has been known that packages will mysteriously show up the next day.
- If none of these steps have located your package, the next step is to file a claim with Route, the shipping insurance company who insures our orders (Had to have selected this option during checkout). You can use the following link https://claims.route.com/, the email that was sent to you after your order, or their iOS app to file the claim. They will either refund or replace the order for you.
- If you have not purchased insurance on your package, and if USPS can GPS confirm where they dropped the package off (i.e mailbox, porch, doorstep – anywhere on your property) and if you have not received your package and believe it to be stolen, please file a report with your local law enforcement.
The United States Postal Service is a federal agency, mail theft is considered a federal crime. According to the United States Code 18 Section 1708, federal mail theft is a felony.
Fraud & Chargebacks
We take fraud and chargebacks very seriously. Depending on the severity it will result in serious repercussions ranging from disabling your purchase ability, law enforcement involvement, and legal action.
How do I return my package?
- Make sure to completely seal any opened bags you are returning. Failure to seal the bag completely can lead to powder leaking out and the USPS may refuse to deliver your return, resulting in a cancellation of the return/refund.
- Please send two photos to customer support. The first is a photo of the product bags you are returning. The second is a photo of the tracking number for your return. These photos allow us to send your replacement or make the refund without having to wait for the packages to reach us. If no photos are received we will have to wait for your package to be received and cataloged by our warehouse, which can delay the processing of your return/exchange.
- Mail the package back to the return address.
